All courses must be completed and finished within eight weeks of the initial booking date.  Courses that have not been achieved or started within this period will not be entitled to a refund.

Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits and prepayments made are non-refundable if booking is cancelled within seven days of commencement of the Course.


Please note only one discount can be applied to a booking.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Individual and Company participants who have paid and have been booked and then withdraw or cancel within seven days of commencement of their course are not entitled to a refund. The course/class is also non-transferable.
Bookings that are cancelled before seven days of commencement of course will incur 25% booking fee.

Additional Charges

Registration of Credits:  Unit standard registration fee of $5-00 per credit apply to all unit standard papers and is payable prior to issue of the certificate.  

Logbook: All participants completing either Class 2 or Class 4 are required to have a General Use Logbook (triplicate copy), should you not have one these can be purchased from the office.  Cost $20.00
